Returns and exchanges on Student Uniforms are accepted by mail and in either of our locations.
1. Print a Return/Exchange Form, or write the information from the form on your invoice.
2. Secure the merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed form.
3. Take your merchandise to the nearest United States Post Office and return the items to:

Easy Returns and Exchanges on items that are not customized.
At Castle Uniforms, your satisfaction in our products is very important to us. We know there are times when it is necessary to exchange or return an item. We want to make it easy. Authorization from our Customer Service representatives is not required when making a return or exchange if the item has not been customized, worn, laundered or altered from its original state. Whether you purchased your item by mail, phone, on www.castleuniforms.com, or in one of our stores, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that have not been altered, laundered, worn or customized for your personal use. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase with receipt. If you made your purchase with a personal check, please allow 14 days for a check to be mailed to you for reimbursement.
Medical Supply Kits and Uniforms with School Logo or monogramming
Medical Supply kits and student uniforms that are personalized with school logos, have been designed by school dress code and clinical requirements are unable to be returned. Please be aware that your payment method will be charged in full upon receipt of order to process order. When requesting a refund, we will except a return on items that are not customized and are withing a 30 day purchase period andrefund the amount of the returned items (that have not been altered, laundered, worn or customized from their original state, less the freight , for a return after receipt of the products in our warehouse.
MEDICAL SUPPLY KITS ship separtely from student uniform order to the school you are enrolled in. A faculty member will distribute them to the class as a group on a day that they provide to you on the first class meeting.
ALL CastleUniforms.com orders ship “SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED” via UPS as most of our customers are not available during standard delivery hours to personally receive their package. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify their carrier, neighbors, doormen, building managers, etc. of the pending delivery if you have concern over leaving your package at your residence or place of work. As we utilize third party delivery services (UPS, Fedex, etc.), please note that it is up to the delivery driver to determine and insure the safe arrival of your package. CastleUniforms.com is not responsible for the package once it leaves the warehouse, although we will assist in problem resolution with the shipper involved. If you have provided a wrong shipping address and request forwarding assistance, you will be charged a $10 handling fee ( per UPS) and all forwarding charges as incurred. If you refuse the shipment or have moved without providing the proper address, you will incur the fees of the carrier to reship and a $10 handling fee.
