What is Castle Uniforms Return Policy?

Castle Uniforms, Incorporated understands sometimes your purchase isn't a perfect fit—so we're happy to offer returns within 30 days of purchase. We will accept returns or exchanges on items that have not been altered, laundered, worn or customized within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind, an original sales receipt, an e-receipt or packing slip dated within 30 days of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. Please bring valid photo identification with you to the store when returning your item. 

  • Returns and exchanges should be new and in the original packaging. Please include all accessories that came with your item.

  • Returns with the original sales receipt, e-receipt  or packing slip receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.

  • In-store returns and exchanges without a receipt or packing slip are offered store credit for the lowest price or offered the manufacturer's contact information.

  • Returns with a gift receipt may be exchanged or offered a gift card for return.

  • If you redeemed a Castle Cash Certificate or coupon with your return, an adjusted refund amount will be offered. (Full amount used with gift receipt with be issued to a gift card, other means of payment will be refunded in the manner they were received).

  • Purchases made in store or online can be returned to any Castle Uniforms store location. Items purchased online can also be returned via mail, although return shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Returning your purchase in one of our Castle Uniforms locations?

  • Items purchased through our Castleuniforms-Cherokee website must be returned during business hours Monday- Friday (these purchases are housed on an additional secure site. Our in Point of Sale system does not have access to these transactions.

  • Bring your invoice and the item(s) to be returned to a Castle Uniforms's store for a refund which will be given in the original form of payment.

  • If you do not have your invoice, you may print your order confirmation email and present to a store associate for a refund.

  • If you paid with a Gift Card the refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card, which you can use for a future online or in-store purchase.

Returning your or purchase online?

  • Begin the online order process by filling out the return/exchange form that was included in your package.

Returning items purchased at a Castle Uniforms store?

  • Bring your receipt with the item(s) to be returned and a full refund will be given in the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.

  • If you do not have proof of purchase, (credit card that was used for purchase of items) credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Card .

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. Personalized items, altered items, worn items or washed items are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please note Castle Uniforms may limit or decline some returns and exchanges


If you've received an item that is damaged or flawed, let us know and we'll replace it for you right away.

Contact us to report an issue with any item with the following information: 

  • 1. your order number

  • 2. a brief description of the problem

  • 3. email a photo illustrating the item that is damaged or flawed

Where are my Nametags? If your order included nametags, please check the pockets of your garments, inside all plastic bags and shoe boxes. To avoid loss and damage, we try to combine items for shipment 

Is your Name Badge Misspelled? Contact us by email to report a problem with the spelling of your name badge to: or

  • email a photo of the misspelled name badge

  • type in message the correct spelling of the name that should be on name badge

  • include the school and program in which you are enrolled

Customer Entry Error

  • When an item(s) on an order is entered incorrectly by the customer, makes every attempt to catch and remedy these issues; however, will not be held responsible for making these corrections and the costs to return and/or reorder the item(s) is solely that of the customer. Shipping costs on ALL replacement or correction orders are non-refundable.
